Support & FAQ
When do I get my files?
As soon as PayPal confirms the payment as completed. Your order page shows Payment processing until then, and your downloads appear in your account.
Do I need a PayPal account?
No. PayPal's checkout also accepts debit and credit cards as a guest where PayPal supports it.
Why isn't the download link in my email?
For security, files are only downloaded from your account with short-lived links that are checked on every request.
A download stopped halfway
Start it again from your account. Downloads support resuming, and each link is valid for 24 hours.
Can I get a refund?
See the refund policy. Because files are delivered instantly, refunds are handled case by case (PLACEHOLDER: owner to set policy with legal review).
Are these assets for a specific game?
The 3D clothing assets are original, standalone files in standard formats. Check each product's compatibility notes.
