Official raffle rules
These rules apply to every raffle on this site unless a raffle's own description says otherwise.
No purchase necessary
A purchase does not increase your chance of winning beyond the tickets described below. Any signed-in account can claim one free entry per raffle from the Raffles page while the raffle is open. Void where prohibited.
Who can enter
You need a KNGDM Studio account. Staff, designers and their accounts can't enter. One person, one account: duplicate or fake accounts are disqualified. You must be old enough to make purchases where you live, and the raffle must be legal there.
How tickets work
- Each raffle shows its start and end time (UTC) and how much spend earns one ticket (usually $5).
- Tickets come from orders paid and delivered between the start and end time. They're added together, then rounded down: $14.99 earns 2 tickets at $5 each.
- Refunded, reversed or disputed orders don't count, and partial refunds are taken off.
- Plus one free entry per account, if you claim it.
Drawing the winner
After the raffle ends, one ticket is picked at random by computer using a secure random number generator. Every ticket has the same chance. The list of entries and the number picked are recorded, and a fingerprint (SHA-256) of the entries list is shown on the Raffles page with the result.
Prize
The prize is the digital item shown on the raffle. It's added to the winner's account automatically and can be downloaded from there. It can't be exchanged for cash. The winner is emailed, and a masked version of their email address (for example s••@g••••.com) is shown as the winner.
Odds
Your odds are your tickets divided by all tickets in the raffle. The Raffles page shows the current totals.
Other
KNGDM Studio may cancel or change a raffle if something goes wrong (for example fraud or a technical fault) and will say so on the Raffles page. Taxes on prizes, if any, are the winner's responsibility. Questions: ask us on our Discord (link at the bottom of every page).
